Jonny was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met him at the open house! There was a warm genuineness with his manner & communication. He was never pushy, which we appreciated. His responses with any queries or issues were immediately answered via texts/calls. He went above & beyond throughout the process, was great at calming my anxieties when unforeseeable things popped up. A very helpful, kind, enthusiastic human with a great rapport with kids & adults.
