A lovely person but she overpromised and underdelivered. We went with her because she told us that we should start offers over $599 000. As it turned out she didn’t know the market well in our area and there was no interest in $599 000. The open homes didn’t attract much interest. We then had to lower our asking price and ended up settling for significantly less than Rheannas initial advice. She wasn’t great with communication either. Often she didn’t provide an update on an open home.
